Healing Through Nutrition
Course Description
Nutrition plays a vital role in healing after dental procedures, yet many patients receive limited guidance on how food choices can support recovery. This interactive 90-minute workshop explores the connection between inflammation, nutrition, and oral health while highlighting the benefits of an anti-inflammatory diet. Participants will learn which foods and nutrients promote tissue repair, reduce inflammation, and support optimal recovery following common dental procedures. Attendees will gain tools to confidently educate patients on making healing-focused nutrition choices. Participants will leave with evidence-informed recommendations and tools that can be immediately applied to improve patient outcomes and promote overall wellness.
